Hi there! My name is Ashley Gilblair. I'm a mom of two boys, a wife, and an owner of multiple businesses. I started scrapbooking at the young age of 10. I reused old binders from school, construction paper, cut up words and images from magazines, markers, Elmers glue sticks, and stencils. I wanted to save every single school and dance award, pictures, programs, report cards, letters, post cards, art work, and anything else that I felt held value in my life. now, at almost 40 years old I still have those scrapbooks, plus many many more, that I cherish and look forward to showing and passing down to my children.

I often wonder what everyone is doing with the thousands of pictures they have on their phones. Do you have time to print them out and display them in scrapbooks, picture frames, and shadowboxes or are they going to live in the cloud forever?

I created Bears & Bug scrapbooking to accommodate those in need of organizing and preserving precious moments in pictures and keepsakes that don't have the time to work on them themselves. my passion is to create a page or shadowbox that not only displays the pictures or memorabilia, but also gives you the same wonderful feeling that that experience gave to you in that moment.
